Here is what you can do to change your emotions;

I am useless


I am useful

I have no time


I have time

I am not worthy of love


I am worthy of love

I am scared


I am brave

Try to find all of the places in your life where the positive is true for you. If you look, you will find evidence that whilst the negative statement is true, the positive is also true. Let's choose the high vibrational thought.


he list can be endless, but a good place to start is with the negative thought. It is only a thought. It can be changed.

Don't get caught up in the story of who put the thought there. Change it. You hold the power to change your vibration.
